Who we are.
NSW Registered Land Surveyors
Onesight Surveys is a professional land surveying company with over 20 years of experience in providing accurate and compliant land surveying solutions to NSW’s property development sector.
As NSW Registered Land Surveyors, Onesight Surveys has the direct capability and statutory authority to carry out and manage all types of land surveying projects.
Servicing Sydney CBD, Northern Beaches, Wollongong, Sutherland Shire, Greater Sydney and regional NSW, Onesight Surveys delivers precise land surveying solutions for residential and commercial developments of all sizes.
Built on Authority & Accountability
In NSW, only a Registered Land Surveyor can legally certify subdivisions, consolidations, set-out surveys, identification surveys, boundary adjustment surveys and work as executed plans.
Many surveying businesses operate without in-house registration, outsourcing certification or limiting the scope of work they can legally perform.
At Onesight Surveys:
- All cadastral work is carried out using the latest surveying technology and is supervised and certified in-house
- Legal responsibility remains with a registered professional
- Plans are prepared to NSW Land Registry Services standards
- Projects benefit from direct Registered Land Surveyor oversight
This structure increases our authority, capability and capacity to undertake complex and legally significant surveying work.
